RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING RANGE OF PAY IS $21 - $32 PER HOUR.

Applications MUST include a resume and that Resume MUST show NO LESS than 2 years of Hardscapes Crew Leader experience in the last 5 years, Candidates MUST have a Chauffer's License to Qualify for this position. ANY Candidate that receives an Offer of Employment MUST be able to pass a Criminal Background Check; Driving Background check and a Drug Test to be hired.

You'd be responsible for multiple management roles which include:

• Ensuring Efficiency, Quality, and Safety Standards on job sites.
• Attending client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Driving company vehicles to and from the job's sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from jobs sites.
• Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.

* You might be a good fit if you have:*

• 2 Years plus of landscape install experience.
• 1-year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
• Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
• The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
• The ability to take in depth measurements, and convert them to volume and/or area.
• The ability to deal with deadlines and changes.
• The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently.

You must have the following:

• A valid chauffeurs license and medical card.
• The ability to pass a DOT screening.
• The ability to pass random drug screenings.
• The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your teams' daily hours, and your daily DOT startup and shutdown.
• Multiple years of heavy equipment operation.
• The ability to safely tow construction equipment and trailers.
• The ability to work overtime and some weekends.
