Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Pomona, CA - just outside of Los Angeles, between the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley. Fondly known as “The Gardens”, Mt. San Antonio Gardens is a nationally recognized Life Care community with a vibrant resident population and vibrant workforce.

The successful candidate will:

• conduct wellness events in partnership with the chef and members of the IDT;

• directly supervise 6 food service employees;

• provide nutritional care to 40-50 residents in Skilled Nursing;

• attend meetings including topics such as wounds, weights, process improvement, MDS, quality assurance;

• meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;

• be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;

• represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.

• strong leadership skills;

• the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff; and/or

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
