Senior Counsel - Litigation (Hybrid)
Primary Responsibilities:
Assumes primary responsibility for providing legal advice, guidance and recommendations to business partners relating to significant Company litigation and dispute resolution matters in the areas of consumer class actions, commercial contract disputes, marketing, supply chain, store operations, and privacy.
Advises various business units on issues pertaining to operational and legal compliance matters.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
4-6 years of litigation-related experience advising on legal issues; major law firm experience required; (in-house and retail experience preferred).
Significant expertise in complex commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
Ability to manage a litigation docket with minimal supervision.
Litigation experience; including depositions, motion practice, and trial experience (preferred)
Degree from a recognized law school and admission to the Bar.
Self-motivated with excellent advocacy, analytical and communication skills; enjoy challenging work responsibilities and close interaction with business clients.
