Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Manager of Operations Strategy functions at a tactical and operational level, supporting projects that impact restaurant operations such as deployment & scheduling, throughput, restaurant efficiency, and restaurant performance measures. This role is responsible to work cross-functionally on the development, evolution, and review of deployment tools and training.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development & maintenance of labor management tools

• Collects feedback on tools as business evolves so that tool can be updated as needed

• Remains familiar with all labor tools & how they work together so that any operator questions can be answered and labor deployment guidance offered

• Schedules new restaurant opening support for the first twelve weeks of business

• Manages execution of crew & manager pars and ensures review & update of pars are completed at all levels of the business

• Tracks initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals and achieving benchmarks, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key leaders, and sustaining momentum needed to drive each initiative

• Maintains touchpoints with operations arm of the business to remain current with needs, trends, and challenges

• Reports on all relevant departmental and organizational key data points

• Reports on company, market and restaurant-level trends so that business leaders can address opportunities

• Assists in delivering a reporting system that allows for a timely flow of crew-related data to operations leaders

Requirements for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in business related field of study

• Microsoft Proficient: Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point

• Demonstrates capacity for gathering data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns and recommending solutions

• Comfortable in an office and restaurant field environment

• Able to work out of our Plano, TX office and travel as required
