Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialist, Print Production will coordinate information and assist the Manager, Print Production in executing a wide range of print projects ensuring that they are executed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Print Production:

• Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate one off print requests (coupons, flyers, events, business cards, signs) and direct mail.

• Partner with Manager on In-Store Seasonal Kits and help with store walk setups at our corporate office.

• Edit templates and exports print ready files for print vendors.

• Traffic and route information on projects. Build a strong relationship with stakeholders to keep projects and approvals on track.

• Provide tracking reports and updates to stakeholders.

• New Store Openings:

• Assist with ordering fixtures and graphic freight shipments for new store openings.

• Track orders and traffic tracking to stakeholders.

• Maintain store opening schedule that is shared with external partners.

• Fulfillment & Inventory:

• Monitor inventory levels and prompting for reorders when needed.

• Quote reorders with vendors and triple bidding projects when appropriate.

• Elevate issues as needed.

• All additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

• Prior print production experience and/ or familiarity with a retail store environment are encouraged but not required.

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.

• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well with internal and external partners.

• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience in printing, signage, or graphic design required.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams & Share point a plus.

• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

• Ability to travel to the Corporate Office when needed.

• Trouble-shoot, anticipate obstacles and adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
