Human Resources Assistant to the Human Resources Department at Moore Regional Hospital. Serves as a resource to employees and external customers. Assists in onboarding process of new employees including paperwork, badge ID and access. Position includes filling, and maintaining accuracy of active employee Human Resource files and ID badge access. Provides reference and wage verifications for past and present employees. Galaxy Access System-assists in adding, deleting, and updating badges as requested. Qualifications: High School graduate with computer experience, Excel preferred. Human Resources experience preferred. Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills required. Busy office environment with multi-line phone system. Position requires flexibility for swapping days or covering in someone's absence. May also sometimes work 7:30a - 4:00p or 8:30 -5p.
