About the role

As a CBRE Project Manager, your role involves overseeing various projects in central and southern Illinois, focusing on switchgear, MEP infrastructure, move management, and interior finishes to support the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for asset preservation tasks such as core and shell maintenance and end-of-useful-life assessments, ensuring compliance with building codes including ADA and life safety regulations. Managing infrastructure components such as mechanical systems, electrical setups, fire and life safety measures, security protocols, and IT installations will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate reconfiguration projects involving furniture, fixtures, and equipment adjustments, as well as panel and wall modifications that may include relocation efforts. Your duties will also encompass overseeing renovation endeavors covering core and shell improvements, both interior and exterior enhancements, and grounds maintenance. Furthermore, you will lead tenant improvement projects encompassing interior construction, FF&E installations, IT upgrades, and activities related to carpeting and painting to enhance the workspace environment effectively.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on thorough analysis of various information sources.

  • Openness to adopting fresh perspectives on existing solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills paired with a curious and advanced mindset.

  • Advanced math skills enabling the calculation of moderately complex figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, and relevant work experience.
