Residential Sales Specialist - Low/Medium Voltage Products (Arizona/ Southern NV)

This position will be remote in the greater Arizona/Southern NV market.

Role Description

Own the leadership responsibility for the strategy, vision, strategic direction, and implementation of the residential home builder market for the Region.

Identify, develop, and drive key stakeholder relationships in support of the home builder and developer value chain of distribution and contractors.

Drive increased market share for growth year over year in the Region by successfully securing incremental residential product sales.

Provide product support to focus on Residential Products in the Single Family, Remodel and Multi-family market spaces.

Utilize SieSales CRM tool to develop pursuits, drive opportunity pipeline and forecast opportunities.

Develop critical relationships and influence through National/Regional home builders procurement stakeholders for penetration into Electrical Contractors into the Region.

Coach, mentor, and align with Contractor Sales Engineers in the region to identify and drive strategy to influence the residential market.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Equivalency and directly related work experience.

5+ years of successful sales experience; can include some sale support experience.

3+ years’ experience with contract and vendor negotiations in the residential market

3+ years’ experience in power distribution, specifically in residential market

Ability to travel 15% of the time.

Currently reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship .

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical fields

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills especially with C-Suite/Executives Level

The pay range for this position is $72,400 - $124,100 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
