Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ area to be considered. 100% remote and equipment will be provided but will need to be onsite for your first day.

Pay Rate: $18/HR (weekly)

Hours of Operation: 24/7 call center, will be scheduled a set shift between 6am to 9pm, M-Su (8hour shifts, 2 days off). After 3 months could be placed on an overnight shift, so full availability is required.

Long term position with growth and full benefits! Paid 4 weeks of training. Full time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have recent call center and data/order entry experience (2020-2024)

• Must have experience working remotely (1+ years)

• Experience with Excel/data entry software

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Wired connection required (100mbs download)

• Local to Phoenix area (50 mile radius)

Description:

Log into Genesis, creating work orders using database (about between 1500-2500 orders a month). Update customers via email and phones. 80% email data entry, 20% phone work. Work with 3rd party portal, majority of customers require their own database, candidate will be utilizing multiple different databases. Few customers that just call in without using database.
