Job Overview:

Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for creating and updating design drawings and specifications, as well as providing technical support during the manufacturing and assembly of products. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in mechanical engineering principles, CAD software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies. • Produce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality control, and suppliers. • Perform basic stress and thermal analysis on designs. • Participate in the testing and evaluation of prototypes. • Ensure designs are in compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Stay current with new technologies and design methods.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical design. • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ProE. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
