Wolters Kluwer Fulfillment Associate in Phoenix, Arizona

As the Fulfillment Associate for Wolters Kluwer’s CT , you have primary responsibility for providing superior service by analyzing customers’ requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, following requests through to completion, and communicating progress to customers and internal teams.

You may support both Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions. You will fulfill initial filings and document requests (e.g., retrieval requests, incorporations, formations). You will learn the complex and comprehensive CT product line and jurisdictional rules and regulations; fielding incoming questions timely; reviewing and fulfilling incoming requests timely; assisting process servers; contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success; participating in process improvement initiatives; and representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory. You will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Phoenix, AZ. We offer a M-F schedule, full benefits, matching 401k, PTO, and a career opportunity.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill orders for internal and external customers by scanning and processing documents.

  • Assists Process Servers in the completion of service for CT’s Registered Agent function.

  • Research legal documents.

  • Resolve or escalate issues.

  • Follow requests through to completion.

  • Communicate progress to customers and our teams.

  • Navigate quickly between multiple processing systems and databases.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success.

  • Participate in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects.

  • Process State and customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer some college.

Experience:

  • 1+ years customer service experience. Prefer experience in retail, hospitality, or office environment.

  • Good typing skills (30 wpm.).
