Insight Global Bilingual Project Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

What to Expect in the Role:

The team is primarily responsible for customer setups on this organization's internal systems, establishing connectivity (iVPN and MPLS/Ethernet) between customers and the company's network, certification (host authorizations, submissions, product, terminal, etc.). Our main customers are merchants, processors, network issuers and acquirers. The mission of this team is to ensure our business partners can successfully transact with their Network according to the organization's specifications, rules, and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

These individuals are responsible for leading the connectivity efforts that help ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete transactions on the Network. The successful candidates will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers, managing certification projects (this included supporting network connectivity, facilitating the implementation of customers and solutions in production that enable card acceptance), and representing the team in a professional manner to all customers (internal and external).

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* 3-5+ years of project management, analysis, operational experience within the Payments vertical

* Bilingual -- fluent in Spanish and English (writing and speaking)

* Previous experience/strong knowledge of Payment industry/process including but not limited to EMV, Express Pay, POS products, etc.

* Demonstrated ability to connect with various stakeholders, non-IT and technology -- client facing experience is a must

o Strong communication skills

* Proven business analysis and project planning experience with effective collaboration skills Preferred Skills:

* Strong knowledge of current organizations authorization and/or submissions processing connectivity methods

o Connectivity knowledge -- IP's, VPNs, MPLS/Ethernet, etc.

* Familiarity with authorization, financial, and non-financial message file formats desired null
