A world leader in aerospace manufacturing is looking to fill the following positions in our North AND South Phoenix locations.
Manual Machinist/Tool Maker
Description of duties:
- Design and construction of work holding for use in production and assembly (vise jaws, chuck jaws, collets, fixtures, etc.).
- Design and construction of special tooling for production and assembly (end mills, reamers, drills, carbide lathe tooling, etc.).
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
- At least 5 years experience in a machine shop
- Able to set up and operate manual mill, lathe, chucker, grinder, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand majority of the shift
- Must be able to pass a drug test
