• Performs manual testing for Web/ Mobile/Smartphone applications features/ changes.

• This resource will also help improve quality by developing/executing automated test scripts and executing those using applicable test tools

• Collaborates closely with colleagues, both manual and automation testers and developers for any product and technical issues that will be found

• Operates under minimal supervision. Scope of impact should be to improve cost, quality, and time-to-market for Software Testing within the entire team. Reports to the Quality Control Manager

Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Qualifications:

• 2+ years demonstrated experience creating and executing test cases

• Experience in testing web or mobile applications using multiple browsers/ versions/ OS

  Technical Qualifications:

• 2 ++ years demonstrated experience creating and executing test cases

• Experience with the following is a plus:

• Visual Studio, TFS

• MS SQL

• Agile methodology

  General Qualifications:

• Education or experience in ERP Systems (Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing, or Time and Expense).

• Basic knowledge in any web and mobile testing.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• General domain knowledge.

• Understanding of defect management (writing and reporting)

• High level understanding of quality testing processes

  Nice to have:

• Knowledge in estimating, scheduling and task distribution

• Experience in running/ modifying automated test scripts
