The Temple University Department of Nursing seeks (1) research associate to manage an upcoming project aimed to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and potential impact of a photography intervention to promote healing engagement for survivors of gender-based harm. This person would oversee participant recruitment, community partner engagement, data collection, and analysis. This is a three year appointment. Essential functions: Work with a community and scientific advisory board of women survivors and scientists; Manage relationships with recruitment sites and design recruitment strategy; Coordinate participant screening and interview scheduling; Oversee the qualitative analysis of transcribed interviews; Develop research reports and presentations for academic, community, and policy audiences; Work collaboratively with Temple faculty and staff; Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of two years of directly related work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred: *Project management experience *Experience with statistical software This position requires a background check. This position requires Child Abuse Certifications prior to the commencement of service. This is a grant funded position.
