ManpowerGroup Database Team Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Title: Database Team Manager

NO C2C

Must be a local candidate (PA,NJ,DE)

Hybrid role: onsite 1x week - typically Wednesday's - some weeks might require additional days onsite depending on what is going on

Location; Philadelphia

  • Prior experience managing DBA or database team

  • Highly technical and motivated individual, capable of designing and developing databases, and complex reporting and analytical processes for financial applications

  • Clear and efficient communications both with technical peers and management

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Application and DB and related tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS)

  • Experience developing/administering Snowflake cloud data warehouse and related ETL process

  • Practical experience optimizing architecture and ETL for on-premise and cloud databases, including both structured and semi-structured data

  • Strong understanding of system architecture concepts and best practices, methodologies for design, development, testing, and development and testing tools
