Description

We are assisting our client in client in their search for a PA & NJ licensed attorney for a contract to hire opportunity. You will be primarily engaged in commercial litigation with a focus on asset recovery, mortgage foreclosure, loan workout, and collections.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of recent experience handling asset recovery, mortgage foreclosure, loan workout and collections.

• Provide legal representation in commercial litigation matters, specifically in asset recovery and mortgage foreclosure.

• Exercise your expertise in Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation to resolve complex legal issues..

• Apply your knowledge of Consumer Electronics in technology-related litigation cases, when required.

• Use your proficiency in Briefing to present case summaries and legal arguments effectively.

• Leverage your license as an attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to provide competent legal services.

• Collaborate with our team to ensure a comprehensive approach to case handling.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in PA & NJ

• 3+ years of recent experience handling asset recovery, mortgage foreclosure, loan workout and collections.

• Provide legal representation in commercial litigation matters, specifically in asset recovery and mortgage foreclosure.
