We're looking for a collaborative and driven Assistant MEP Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site in Philadelphia, PA, you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, project controls, and on-site management of General Contractors as needed. You’ll provide effective project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management or Architecture

  • 3 years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system construction for multiple large projects

  • Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, and e-Builder

  • U.S. healthcare buildings experince a plus
