Duties and Responsibilities

As Spa Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.

• Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience.

• Spa treatments, wellness activities offered and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.

• Ensure all products in the Boutique are in keeping with Six Senses guidelines, supplies and relevant local products are in good supply and attractively displayed.

• Should have comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures

• Maintain high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene by self and teh team.

• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Director of Spa & Wellness, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Should have a Thai Spa Manager License issued by teh Thai Ministry of Public Health

• CIBTAC certification on Massage techniques and Anatomy & Physiology will be advantageous.

• Should have the technical skills and at least five years’ experience in luxury spas and in a wellness role within hospitality with proven results.

• Fluent in Thai and English.

• Due to visa requirements, this position will be available only for Thai Nationals
