The Account Manager for Radiometer is responsible for creating sales that drive significant impact to the organization.

This position is part of the commercial Southern Regional team which is a part of the ANZ (High Growth Markets) Region located in Perth WA and will be a hybrid role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI’s.

  • Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.

  • Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.

  • Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.

  • Maintain and manage existing RPAC customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Science, Business or related areas.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.

  • Understanding of the Public Health system in WA.

  • Technical or sales experience in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.
