FCA US LLC Labor Supervisor - Toledo Plant in Perrysburg, Ohio

As a Labor Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers. You will identify and drive operating efficiencies through contractual agreements, provide labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization, and enable a positive workplace culture and environment by: Coaching and collaborate with manufacturing and union leadership to resolve business challenges Facilitating conflict resolution and difficult discussions through our grievance process Driving the execution of contractual commitments such as attendance management, progressive discipline procedure(s), and workforce administration Supporting the development of plant Labor Relations staff Advising and counsel management and union on the administration of contractual obligations Ensuring compliance with joint committee initiatives by management and the union Contributing to the application of our lean manufacturing methodology Leading a team through local negotiations between operating management and local unions Key experiences and know-how The following prior experiences will be required for someone to be successful in this role: Participation in a collective bargaining process Interpretation and application of contracts and agreements Working with multiple stakeholders, all of whom have competing agendas, to ensure the most effective solutions are derived Management of compliance and investigatory processes within a union environment Facilitation or participation in difficult interactions or situations, focusing on conflict resolution Analyzing data and using data to make decisions Behaviors of a successful Labor Relations Supervisor Customer focus mindset, always striving to provide the best support to the employees, management, and the union, while ensuring the continued sustainability of Stellantis Focus on building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders (management and union) through open and transparent communication Openness to the viewpoints of others and taking those viewpoints into account when making business decisions or recommendations The courage to make decisions, even in the face of ambiguity and situations where there are no "right" answers, and the conviction to see them through to execution Attention to the implications of decisions and the impact on precedent and future productivity Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree 5 + years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting Proficient with Microsoft suite Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations 8 + years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting Advanced degree with concentration in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Law Experience managing a team Knowledge of Human Resources Information System and reporting tools Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled.
