Junior Network Field Tech - Job Description :

The

Jr Network Field Technician will assist with onsite installation services to our client. As a team, we will provide LAN equipment refresh/upgrade to our

clients' 350+ locations across North America. This role will contribute to the physical installation of devices, removal of existing devices, ensuring ports

are correctly installed and labeled, preparing hardware for return shipment, and validation of network post-installation. The Jr Field technician will

support our Sr Network Field Technicians while onsite to ensure efficient and correct network refresh. The Jr Technician will receive direction from more

onsite team members and will partner to ensure all work is completed in a timely and quality, professional manner. Responsibilities include assisting

with rack/stack of new devices, packing of old equipment for return/disposal, wireless network connectivity validation following refresh, and Day1 onsite

support.

Required :

· Familiarity with Network Device Installation/ Rack & Stack

· Install of patch cabling / port installation / power connection

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to take direction

Ability to walk continuously through the day (if needed)
