Job Description:

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Perform the calculations for payment deductions according to its contract.

• Provide answers when regarding to consults about discounts and payments.

• Manage payments in case of holidays, extra hours, Sundays or any exception to the regular working hours.

• Manually perform the calculations for salary and salary rate.

• Weekly review of Kronos.

• Update SIPE Platform with the employee information.

• Perform payroll for settlements, regular fortnight and specials fortnight payments.

• Payment Deductions and articles related to MITRADEL

Education and Experience Target :

• College degree in fields of Accounting or payroll

Qualifications:

• Kronos

• Manage Excel

• Microsoft Office

• Sipe

• Anexo 03

• Responsible

• Be able to manage time

• Spanish

• English
