The primary purpose of the Manager Channel Operations is to oversee and lead the team that is responsible for full operations, governance, and compliance of regional channel program tools and processes to support global design. This role provides ongoing management and oversight of tools and processes for regional sales teams, external partners, and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development & implementation of operations for the partner & disty programs in the region based on global framework

  • Ensures operational readiness for partner & disty programs that are launched in region

  • Manages partner program compliance & governance

  • Provides Partner contract administration management, and training/certification administration including enablement of partner tools

  • Assist, as necessary, in the ongoing management of Partner master data

  • Collaborate and input region requirements in channel platform/systems design

  • Works across business to develop & implement PartnerConnect Rebates

  • Primary face to regional sales CHAM, external Distributors & partners for all aspects of tools & processes & adhoc reporting

  • Enablement of all program process through tool(s), testing and enablement for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Management and reporting of all Grey Market global initatives

  • Magement of regional Cross Borders Exception process

  • Support of existing channel program with all operational aspects

  • Provide recommendations for any new program related to new systems/platforms

  • Reporting, management and delivery of ongoing program requirements

  • Participation, as required, in Partner Advisory Council or Channel Advisory Councils.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in relatable field or applicable work experience.

  • 8+ years managing channel/business/or sales operation teams in international environment.

  • Excel/PowerPoint

  • Strong communications skills

  • Channel program and support tool development experience
