Overview:
Xerox Corporation is seeking a Scheduler / Routing Coordinator who will be responsible for collaborating with warehouse and fellow office team members to optimize delivery routes for our customers and sales team. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborates with warehouse and office team members to schedule / route pickups as well as deliveries for our customers and sales team
Performs numerous computer functions
Maintains vehicle schedules
Compiles reports to the operation
Communicates with sales, warehouse, customer service and out-of-geography (OOG) teams
Assists with driver concerns, answering phones, dispatching
Provides routing process improvement recommendations to leadership
Recommends specific changes to help increase productivity and efficiency
What You Need to Succeed:
One (1) year of office experience
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and organizational skills
Experience using smartphone, tablet and laptop
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
Detail oriented with the ability to document, research and solve discrepancies and processes
