Hardware break/fix experience
Software troubleshooting and install
On-site Desktop Support Technician,
Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting,
Service Now, ticket management,
Customer service skills.
Qualifications:
High School or GED
3 years minimum experience
