Massachusetts Employer Exclusion specialist/ Home Repair Tech in Peabody, Massachusetts
An exclusion specialist provides home repairs (screening vents, metal flashing over fascia, install chimney caps, caulking, etc.) to prevent animals from getting into homes. A qualified individual, with experience in home repair, working hard should expect to make \$55,000 to\$70,000 depending on experience and efficiency. Capable and comfortable working safely, alone on ladders up to 32\' and on roofs (THIS IS ESSENTIAL!) This position will require the following abilities: Using hand & power tools, sealing/caulking, Install metal trim and flashing, replace soffits and gutters, install chimney caps, remove and replace insulation, minor masonry, resourceful enough to problem solve on your own, use a metal break and bend coil stock aluminum trim.
