[We are currently hiring a Boiler and Refrigeration Manager. As a Boiler and Refrigeration Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the ammonia-refrigeration systems and boiler equipment at a high level of efficiency and in compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards. You will also supervise, train, and direct all boiler and refrigeration employees and coordinate with other managers and/or contractors on major capital projects. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans""=""}
[Essential Duties and Responsibilities:]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans""=""}
[ Oversee and maintain the Pasco and Kennewick boiler and refrigeration systems. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Write, implement, and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and protect product integrity. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Inspect and troubleshoot all equipment and determine proper course of action for preventative and corrective maintenance on the ammonia refrigeration systems and boiler equipment. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Maintain documentation on all maintenance performed in accordance with plant policy, applicable regulations, codes, and standards. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Schedule outside/on-site contractors, when necessary, while ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Procurement of parts & materials to maintain appropriate inventory and efficient workflow.]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Supervises the seasonal IQF (individually quick frozen) operation. ]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
[ Schedule and assign work order tasks to refrigeration personnel. Determine their ability to perform such tasks.]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
