Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for an experienced Financial Analyst (Sr. level) local to Pasadena, CA! This position will be fully remote, however, candidate are required to live within 1-hour of Pasadena, CA. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferrably in the real estate or construction industries. This is a 2-year contract assignment.

Responsibilities

Technical:

• PowerBI, MS Office Suite, PeopleSoft, eBuilder

Responsibilities:

• Financial management of complex portfolio of projects, including cash flow projections and risk assessment

• Influences the development and execution of functional NFS processes, policies and long-term goals

• Participates in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and systems

• Directs specific budgets and provides overall management and direction to the Project Financial/Cost Analyst function.

• Oversees development and implementation of requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports, and performance monitoring and control functions on major projects.

• Oversees performance monitoring and control functions.

• Reviews recommendations for measurement systems, cost trend data and schedule impacts, and progress reports for presentation to Project Manager or senior management.

• Presents ongoing executive summary and detail analyses to management for use in status updates and leadership decisions related to cost/ benefit decision making, strategic cost impact, and balancing of adjustments in project direction/resource concentration.

• Resolve invoicing issues with vendors, contractors and professional services providers. Support negotiations as compliant to internal requirements.

• Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
