Mission

As an AI Analyst in our multinational company, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our global operations. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement AI solutions that align with our strategic objectives, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage across various business units. This includes being responsible for the creation of AI services for Grifols, from development to production deployment, ensuring these services are seamlessly transitioned to operations and support teams.

What your responsibilities will be

• Collaborate with IT teams, external AI consultancies, and business units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI projects.

• Be responsible for the end-to-end creation and deployment of AI services for Grifols, including ensuring a smooth handover to operations and support teams.

• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on our business operations.

• Design and execute AI awareness and adoption initiatives across the company, promoting a culture of innovation and facilitating the seamless integration of AI technologies into daily operations.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI solutions on the main cloud platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) is required. Having developed projects in generative AI will be valued.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating AI projects involving external consultants, IT teams, and business units.

• Demonstrated ability to drive AI awareness and adoption initiatives, with a focus on educating and empowering non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to translate complex technical details into business value.

• Fluent in English.
