We’re looking for a Stores, Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our new state of the art manufacturing facility at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

• Inventory: Generate (from computer) material transaction request forms and physically issue materials from stock; label inventory for receipt and material issue; correctly perform computer transactions to move inventory from one location to another – Stock to WIP; review transaction history reports; perform daily cycle counts of inventory;

• Receiving: Verify correct product receipt; generate (from computer) receipt documentation; deliver and / or route receipts to correct location; resolve problems with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Engineering, etc;

• Housekeeping and Organization: Maintain cleanliness of work area to meet housekeeping and safety standards including dusting of shelves, sweeping floor, cleaning work benches and tools.

• Support Business Activities: Support other departmental and company activities as required including moving of furniture, administrative support of planning / logistics, routing of mail, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in a dynamic warehouse environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

• Familiar with MES type systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working in a warehousing environment
