Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the revenue cycle management operations.

  • Manage and optimize the billing and collections processes.

  • Ensure compliance with billing regulations, coding guidelines, and payer requirements.

  • Implement revenue cycle improvement initiatives, including the use of technology and automation.

  • Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Collaborate with finance, coding, and clinical departments to resolve revenue cycle issues.

  • Provide training and education to revenue cycle staff on best practices and regulatory changes.

  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in payment models, coding guidelines, and reimbursement methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of optimizing revenue cycle performance and maximizing revenue collection.

  • Strong knowledge of billing regulations, coding guidelines, and payer requirements.

  • Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle management systems and technology.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of healthcare financial management and accounting principles.
