Description

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems within the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, configuration, and operation of Cisco and Dell technologies.

• Oversee the administration of EO/IR systems and Linux technologies.

• Manage Active Directory services to support the organization's users and applications.

• Oversee the management of Backup technologies to ensure data safety and availability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to computer hardware systems.

• Implement Configuration Management practices to improve system reliability and efficiency.

• Manage the deployment of system updates and patches.

• Ensure the database systems are running efficiently and securely.

• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning when necessary.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.Ove

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required

• Demonstrable experience with Database management

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is essential

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies is required

• Experience with Active Directory is necessary

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is essential

• Experience in Computer Hardware is required

• Knowledge of Configuration Management is necessary
