Supervise the work of technical producers and their teams: take part in hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
Work jointly and confidentially with all production partners, human resource representatives and the unions in connection with the various committees, labour disputes and contingency plans.
Sit on local, regional and national committees upon request and perform any other task assigned by management.
