What you’ll do:

As Utility Sales Engineer you will be developing Eaton’s market share in the Nordic electrical utility market, covering Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Baltics. You will be identifying and pursuing new opportunities, negotiation and closing the deals, also formulating strategic regional plans with the management. Further responsibilities:

  • Map stakeholders and expand relationships with existing customers and partners, manages relationship

  • Record and manage business contracts, and developmental endeavors within the CRM system.

  • Formulate strategic regional plans to hit sales targets and goals.

  • Ensures goal achievement in the own area of responsibility (sales revenue, profitability, growth initiatives and other critical business metrics)

  • Manages sales funnel and performs digital sales activities

  • Organizes seminar and webinars, represents Eaton on various professional events

  • Reporting sales performance and related activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering.

  • Extensive commercial & sales experience working with customers.

  • Domain knowledge in medium/high voltage area focusing on switchgears, transformers and grid environment.

  • Proactive, target driven, customer oriented, team player and learning attitude.

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian language, Danish and Swedish are advantage.

  • Flexibility with traveling and having driving license.
