Responsibilities

The Consulting Account executive is responsible for:

  • The Consulting Customer Relationship Management and leading the consulting virtual account team.

  • Realizing Customer Vision through consultative selling, listens & consults, continuously plans to achieve customers business outcomes and uses digital channels to identify and develop new opportunities.

  • Collaborates with customer and partner connections along with the Microsoft overall account team supported by our sales processes and methodologies.

  • Identifies & sells consulting engagements that drive cloud consumption to address customer challenges through co-Innovation with partners and the broader Microsoft teams to drive cloud adoption, engages cross-industry resources & programs to empower and achieve customer digital transformation.

  • Delivers operational deal excellence, manages and optimizes time spent collaborating with customers and leads orchestration with core account team members to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations and applying Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT) qualification approach.

  • Owns and drives the sales cycle developing new leads and opportunity qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing pre-sales process requirements and driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven years of consulting sales or SaaS sales experience dealing with large enterprise accounts and complex sales processes.

  • Experience from working in complex environments in large international organizations.

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
