JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Business Unit Sales Coordinator (BUSC) with an ambition for a career within sales
Location: Oslo, Norway

This is a temporary role from June 1st 2024 until April 30th 2025 with strong possibility of becoming a permanent one.

Purpose of the Job
To provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service to the Sales Team, including Area General Managers and Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
•To assist with all sales opportunities and supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process
•Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution in team meetings
To assist in the production of supporting sales materials, including client presentations as well as completion of RFI’s & RFP’s
•Work with our supplier partners and Business Development Managers to ensure the best solution and price for all sales opportunities
•Support of mobilization as and when required
•Ad hoc event management upon request
Accountabilities
•Reporting to Managing Director
•Accountable day-to-day to the sales team and Area General Managers
Key Skills
•Strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Fluent in Norwegian and English is a must
•Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach
•Able to work systematically and use own initiative
•Highly efficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
•Work within a busy office environment, and support sales teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities
•Strong numeracy skills
•Excellent attention to detail
Education & Experience
•Higher educational qualifications (Bachelor level) and/or relevant experience
•Experience of a similar role is beneficial
