JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner Sr is a subject matter expert and trusted partner to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the business segment. This role will manage professional recruiting including kick off meetings, sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiation, closing candidate and pre-onboarding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for hard-to-fill technical positions

  • Source, engage and evaluate top technical talent

  • Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments to the business as well as internal and external candidates.

  • Advise the hiring team on candidate assessment, selection and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness.

  • Drive the offer process, including developing and negotiating competitive offers, pre-closing candidates on financial and other terms.

  • Manage jobs in Workday through monitoring and progress reporting.

  • Achieve key performance indicators related to delivery, quality, diversity, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; experience building successful, productive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Advanced planning, time management, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve complex recruitment and hiring issues with minimum guidance.
