特に昨今のデジタル技術の進化により、様々なデータベースが統合され、リアルワールドエビデンスとしての評価が可能になってきています。

今後の医薬品開発において「リアルワールドデータ×デジタル技術」が新たなトレンドになることを想定し、RWESメンバーは次のような取り組みにチャレンジしています。

・IQVIA保有のリアルワールドデータを活用したプロトコル相談業務

・社内の疫学専門家や統計専門家からのトレーニング

・新規事業開発の社内コンテストを開催、新規事業の立ち上げ

・製薬企業以外の顧客へのサービス参画機会　など

一緒に“Beyond CRO”を切り開くことのできる仲間の参画をお待ちしています。

＜業務詳細＞

RWE CRAの上長として、主に人材マネジメントを担当します。

【管理、育成業務】

　・傘下のスタッフの人事的な管理・育成（CRA実務能力の開発を含む）

　・ パフォーマンス評価

【リソースアロケーション】

　・プロジェクトの人的リソースの見積り、およびメンバーのアサインとアロケーション

【品質の維持関連業務】

　・定期的な成果物のレビュー及び評価

　・プロジェクトにおける品質上のリスク回避・対応

＜必須＞

・臨床開発においてマネジメント経験のある方
