＜IQVIA PMS Monitorの強み＞

PMSモニターに求められるスキルは日々変化しており、IQVIAでは特にGCPトレーニングのメニューも加えたPMSモニターの育成に力を入れています。

日本のPMSは、グローバルの視点で見るとPhaseⅣという位置付けであるため、GCP-likeな質とSafety managementができる能力が期待されています。

＜トレーニング＞

・GCP研修（e-learning、Face to Face、CRA認定試験、Oncology専門CRA認定）

・CRA同行OJT

・GVP/GPSP等関連法規に対する研修 （導入研修、継続研修）

・リアルワールドデータ利活用も含めた環境動向

・コンプライアンス研修　他

＜勤務地＞

品川／大阪／福岡

＜必須＞

・以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

　　PMSモニター、またはCRA　経験1年以上

　　CRC 、またはMR、 またはMS（MR認定保有者に限る）　経験2年以上

・英語を使用する業務に前向きに取り組める方（入社時点の英語レベルは問いません）

＜あれば尚可＞

・Oncology経験

・大学病院／基幹病院担当経験

・英語でのコミュニケーション力（メール、文書作成、会議等）
