Description

A law firm has a case in Orlando area, seeking a temporary Legal Assistant or Paralegal to attend court with the attorney assisting him with trial. Experience with exhibits, giving exhibits, what's been entered in, preparing for trial and more.

MUST have Trial experience and able to be in court from 9-5 pm for a week starting March 11th.

Requirements - Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

• Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

• Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

• Trial experience experience

• Experience with trial preparation

• Deep understanding of trial notebooks

• Foundational knowledge in trial preparation (visual aids, models, and mockups)

• Comprehensive knowledge of Trial Exhibits

• Proven knowledge of trial attendance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
