Job Description

This is a position for someone who has eye for detail & is entrepreneurial, resourceful and proactive. You will be an Operations Manager - Business Development & Project Management to join our leadership team who will oversee managing the Business Expansion and Project management. Will foster and maintain the necessary internal relationships including the senior leadership role. We offer you a platform to utilize your strong leadership skills, people management and stake holder management to manifest scope expansion, Prior knowledge and experience as Strategist, Stake-holder retention, Business Partnering and Project management capabilities are desired.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following

· Establish connects across Danfoss and in-house diversified tasks & activities

· Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and expansion

· Mapping competitive landscape and recommend appropriate strategies

· Identify, recommend, negotiate, structure, and manage strategic projects of potential for achieving cost arbitrage and travel as a reliable business partner

· Managing his/her team to deliver effective services to stake holders

· Active engagement with stake holders and work towards enhancement of current process scope or bring in more new tasks/activities to the department

· Drive new process transitions smoothly by using structured approach and agile/scrum methodologies

· Provide inspired leadership for the organization

· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

· Drive the operations in line with agreed budgets and ensure revenue recognition promptly Classified as Business

· Research and strategic insights on business opportunities and risk analysis

· Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

Background & Skills

· Any degree with 8+ years of experience

· Demonstrable track record of growth initiatives

· Strong forecast, tactical & strategic planning.

· Proven project management expertise/PMP Certified

· Effective and efficient in Negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills

· Good Understanding of New tool & technology to create better process efficiency.

· Commercial and financial acumen and attention to detail

· Ability to conduct market, industry, and cross-company research

· Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment

· Strong knowledge in MS Access, Azure and SQL

· Experience in Project management, agile way of working, Sprint planning & refinement

· Leadership /Team handling experience – Direct and Indirect reports (Minimum 2 years)

· Detail orientated and passion for quality of data

· Strong Business Partnering; Very energetic and should possess excellent communication skill

· Self-motivator, Perseverance, Quickness and Flexibility

· Conflict Management; Decision Making; Critical thinking; Adaptability

· Strong in stake holder management – Experience in handling Global Stake holders is a must

· Disciplined approach to work. Sticks to process and procedures always and “Lead by Example”
