The LPN utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in a supervised, systematic approach to the direct and indirect care of patients and their families. The LPN is expected to incorporate and demonstrate the message of Mille Lacs Health Systems stated vision to be the best place to receive and give care in daily performance of duties. The LPN assumes responsibility and is accountable for actions taken independently and delegated by supervisors in the delivery of resident care.
Qualifications
High School Grad/GED.
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current Minnesota LPN Licensure.
Current BLS preferred or willing to obtain.
