Job Title: Software Engineer II (Systems) Location: Omaha, NE Clearance required: MUST be a US citizen and eligible for a DoD clearance Job Duties:

• Analyzes and defines software requirements to determine specifications and standards.

• Proposes software solutions.

• Determines the cost of new and modified systems, and engages in the proposal process.

• Develops, designs, and edits operating systems, drivers, utilities, or other types of systems software.

• Trains users, and writes training manuals.

• Manages user support and feedback.

• May specialize in one or more areas of development

  Experience and Education:

• Performs work under general supervision.

• Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

• Technical expertise.

• Debugging skills.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to work as part of a team
