Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Job Description
The sanitation supervisor will be in charge of hiring, terminating, training, and scheduling sanitation employees. The candidate must possess knowledge of food safety practices, quality control, SSOPs, GMPs, and other related areas.
Responsibilities
Hire, terminate, train, and schedule sanitation employees.
Ensure compliance with food safety practices, quality control standards, SSOPs, and GMPs.
Oversee daily sanitation operations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Implement and enforce sanitation procedures and guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Experience in sanitizing and sanitation procedures
Understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Familiarity with FDA regulations
Experience in food safety and food manufacturing
Supervisory experience in the food industry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be bilingual
Must have at least 2+ years of sanitation supervision experience
Must have experience with food safety

Work Environment
The position involves working in a factory setting with a hot environment, where the inside temperature is typically 20 degrees higher than the outside temperature. Shift details will be determined.
