Position Summary
As a Senior Manager, Project Management, on the Enterprise Women’s Health and Genomics Team, you will be responsible for driving business (non-IT) projects and initiatives that support the team and enterprise strategy. You will work collaboratively with business partners across CVS Health to identify requirements that align to objectives, coordinate roles and responsibilities, develop execution plans, define metrics and outcomes, and create sustainable processes for the ongoing measurement, maintenance, and refinement of projects and programs.
This role requires the successful applicant to have demonstrable skills in project management software, the ability to work within matrixed teams across the enterprise to drive innovation and value, and to continuously adapt as needs require. Successful candidates are proactive, creative, and nimble in their approach to enable success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide project management input on business plans to achieve goals
Lead assigned projects by identifying the requirements, key milestones, timelines, and resources needed to complete the work
Organize, document, distribute, maintain and communicate project and member materials, including, but limited to the following: project plan, communication plan, project budget, open issues, project status, project outcomes, project requirements, training materials, internal work requests, change requirements, approvals, and report requests.
Facilitate working across business partner teams and external collaborators to define and execute on initiatives
Identify and work with business leads to address any project challenges or roadblocks
Sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members
Develop and participate in setting meeting agendas, develop project presentations and consultations for executive level staff, support meetings with note taking and action item management
Required Qualifications
5-7 years business project management work experience
Experience implementing health care projects and programs with demonstrated results
Demonstrated facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
Excellent presentation and communications skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, storytelling, analysis, and facilitating large group meetings
Ability to meet deadlines and satisfy customers with multiple competing priorities
Ability to effectively interact one-on-one with all levels of management
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Technical - Microsoft Office Suite and any Project Management Software/4-6 Years
Preferred Qualifications Health insurance and/or pharmaceutical experience
Project management certificationEducationBachelor's degree in related healthcare or business field or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $174,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
