Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Planogram Planner in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

BASIC PURPOSE : Works closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain planograms. The Space Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring that planograms accurately reflect assortment decisions and are consistent with category strategy, visual merchandising standards and planogram optimization targets. This position is responsible for ensuring planograms meet high quality standards, are localized to each facility, and able to be executed without issues to the field. This role will analyze planograms for sales, profitability, inventory productivity, and make recommendations to optimize the planograms, bearing in mind trade-offs, for customer experience, facility labor efficiencies, merchandise strategy, and visual considerations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design facility specific planograms that can be executed in the field.

  • Become familiar with creating and maintaining fixtures and equipment.

  • Assist in analyzing space productivity within each planogram to make data driven decisions on assortment to improve sales and productivity.

  • Capture and maintain images and dimension data for all merchandising products.

  • Become familiar with Love’s software systems and processes to be able to diagnose issues and train both internal and field team members.

  • Builds an understanding of cross-functional teams across the Love’s organization internally and externally.

  • Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:

  • College Degree in Business Related Major Preferred

  • Experience:

  • Previous planogram software application experience preferred

  • Experience working in the retail industry preferred

  • Experince with JDA/Blue Yonder preferred

  • SQL / Tableau Experience Preferred

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Able to interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.

  • Performs work under direct supervision

  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff

  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
