Job Title: Painter

Job Description

• Use an air-powered industrial paint sprayer and maintain its upkeep.
• Utilize chemicals such as lacquer thinner and mineral spirits, as well as the paint itself.
• Keep an active and accurate record of inventory and consumables in the paint area.
• Ensure consistent, neat, and clean painting, as the paint is the first impression of our products.
• Paint and load booth in a reasonable time consistently.
• Work effectively with teammates and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Carefully read over orders to ensure accuracy.
• Break down and clean the paint machine at the end of each day.
• Band attachments to pallets when needed.
• Complete all paperwork before turning it in.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oilville, Virginia.

Work Environment

Be able to work in multiple weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, sleet, etc.). Manufacturing environment. Shift hours: 6am-3pm Monday-Friday.
