Our client in Oceanside is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of their organization. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. If you're passionate about creating a positive first impression and fostering inclusivity, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner, directing callers to appropriate personnel or departments.

• Provide information to visitors and callers in both English and Spanish, effectively communicating company policies, procedures, and services.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.

• Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

• Uphold confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and regulations.

• Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
