Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and safety, is looking for a contract Product Management Consultant, Healthcare. This is a remote contract position.

The Project Management Consultant will serve as the lead for our Healthcare client to assure alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides expertise and drives the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Develops business strategy and ensures alignment and prioritization of organizational objectives and business initiatives.

  • Manages complex projects or project components, leads change management activities, and performs complex data analyses to drive business initiatives.

  • Participates in vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Contract Duration: 9-Months

  • Advanced degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field.

Desired Skills & Experience

Functional Experience (Preferred):

Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in Consulting, Project Management, Data Analytics, operations with hands on experience with the following:

  • Previous Healthcare experience (specifically in operations).

  • Data Analytics experience.

  • Experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.

  • Experience delivering presentations to senior management.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience delivering training programs.

  • Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.

  • AGILE experience.

  • Business case experience.

  • Experience in process improvement.

  • Experience in change management.

  • Project management experience.

  • Experience facilitating meetings with work teams or management.

  • Experience working within a labor management partnership.

  • Experience implementing large or complex projects.

  • Experience in business analysis.

Technical Experience (Preferred):

  • Three (3) years programming/coding experience (e.g., SAS, Python, R, SQL, etc.). Three (3) years’ experience working with project management software.

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with collaboration software (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.).

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with content management system(s) (e.g., Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with advanced Power Point features.

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bl).

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with database software (e.g., Access).

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, QI Macros, Tableau, etc.). Three (3) years’ experience developing and delivering executive communications.

  • Three (3) years’ experience in human centered design. Three (3) years finance experience.

  • Three (3) years externally facing sales experience.

  • Three (3) years’ experience in health and wellness.

  • Serves as a lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects across multiple functional tracks or complex workstreams by identifying and ensuring representation and inclusion of appropriate stakeholders; building rapport and partnerships with key stakeholder teams, third party vendors, and senior management; working with stakeholders to develop goals.
